Roofing Across Ontario County, From Victor to the Finger Lakes Shoreline

Ontario County stretches from the busy suburbs of Victor and Farmington down to the shores of Canandaigua Lake and up to Geneva at the north end of Seneca Lake. That range means a lot of different roofs. There are newer subdivisions with architectural shingles, lake cottages and year-round lake homes, older city homes in Canandaigua and Geneva, and farmhouses and barns spread across the rolling countryside around Naples, Phelps, and Bloomfield.

We have more than 19 years in business, over 75,000 satisfied customers, and GAF Master Elite President's Club certification. Roofing Services We Offer in Ontario County

Roof Replacement in Ontario County

Whether you own a newer home in Victor or a century-old house in Geneva, a roof replacement in Ontario County starts with a full tear-off and a close look at the decking. We repair what needs it, then install a complete GAF system with ice and water barrier along the eaves and ventilation that fits your attic.

Roof Repair in Ontario County

Lake homes along Canandaigua and Seneca take wind-driven rain from directions most roofs are not built for, and older farmhouses often have worn flashing at chimneys and dormers. We track leaks to their real source anywhere in Ontario County, make a lasting repair, and let you know if anything nearby looks close to failing.

Roof Inspection in Ontario County

Buying a lake house, a farm property, or a home in one of Ontario County's growing towns? Our roof inspection covers shingles, flashing, ventilation, gutters, and the attic. We explain what we see in plain language so you can negotiate, plan ahead, or simply rest easy about the roof over your head.

Emergency Roof Service in Ontario County

Storms rolling off the Finger Lakes can drop trees and tear shingles anywhere in Ontario County. If yours takes a hit, call 400-ROOF. We will work to get the opening covered and the water stopped, then schedule a permanent repair and help you document the damage for insurance.

Commercial Roofing in Ontario County

Retail centers and offices around Victor and Farmington, wineries and hospitality businesses near the lakes, and agricultural buildings across the county all depend on solid roofs. We repair, maintain, and replace flat, low-slope, and pitched commercial roofs throughout Ontario County and give you a clear written quote.

Siding, Windows & Gutters in Ontario County

Finger Lakes weather is tough on more than the roof. We install siding, replacement windows, and gutters on Ontario County homes, from suburban colonials to lakefront properties. Properly sized gutters are especially important on lake lots, where you want runoff carried away from foundations and slopes instead of washing toward the water.

Ontario County Roofing FAQs

Do you work on lake homes along Canandaigua Lake and Seneca Lake?

Yes. Lake homes in Ontario County face wind and rain coming straight off open water, and many sit on slopes with tricky access. We plan staging and safety around the site, pay close attention to edge detailing and flashing, and install roofing systems meant to handle exposure to lake weather year after year.

Which towns in Ontario County do you serve?

We serve the whole county, including Canandaigua, Geneva, Victor, Farmington, Naples, Bloomfield, Phelps, Clifton Springs, Shortsville, Manchester, and the surrounding towns and hamlets. If you are in Ontario County and are not sure whether we cover your address, give us a call at 400-ROOF and we will let you know.

Who handles the building permit for my Ontario County roof?

We do. Ontario County is made up of cities, towns, and villages that each have their own building departments. When your project requires a permit, we pull it with the building department that covers your address, whether that is the City of Geneva, the Town of Victor, or another municipality.
