ALLSTATE ROOFING & MORE “BUFFALO SABRES SEASON TICKETS” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, ESTIMATE, OR CONTRACT SIGNING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, ESTIMATE REQUEST, OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Allstate Roofing & More Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of New York State who physically reside in the following counties: Erie, Niagara, Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Allstate Roofing & More (“Sponsor”), the Buffalo Sabres, the National Hockey League, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the specified counties and where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.

  • Method #1: Online Estimate Request. Visit the promotional landing page, completely fill out the online form with your valid contact information (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address), and click the "Claim My 25% Off & Enter To Win!" button to request a FREE project estimate. Upon successful submission, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Note: Requesting an estimate is free, and you are under no obligation to purchase services or book a project to receive this entry.

  • Method #2: Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") – Mail-In. To enter without requesting a project estimate, hand-print your full name, complete physical mailing address, working phone number, and valid email address on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper, insert it into a stamped envelope, and mail it with sufficient postage to: Allstate Roofing & More Sweepstakes Entry, 300 International Drive, Suite 100, Buffalo, NY 14221. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026, and received no later than July 7, 2026. Mechanically reproduced or automated mail-in entries will be disqualified.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/household/email address across the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person or household will void all entries from that participant.

 

4. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 10-game package of two (2) tickets to the Buffalo Sabres 2027 season home games (the "Season Tickets"). The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00.

  • Important Prize Restrictions: The prize consists strictly of the physical/digital game tickets. Winner is solely responsible for all transport, parking, lodging, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, and any other incidental costs not explicitly stated herein. Specific game dates and seat locations are designated by the Sponsor and subject to availability. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon or digitally managed by the arena/NHL. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

 

5. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 10, 2026, from among all eligible online and mail-in entries combined. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM REQUIREMENTS: The potential winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the initial attempt.

  • Tax Documentation: Because the prize value exceeds $600, the winner will be required to sign and return an IRS Form W-9, an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply, an inability to contact the winner, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.

  • Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for the tax year 2026.

 

7. THE 25% DISCOUNT PROMOTION (SEPARATE FROM SWEEPSTAKES): The 25% discount advertised on the promotional materials is a consumer discount separate from the Sweepstakes drawing rules. The 25% discount is valid only for home improvement projects (roofing, siding, windows, and more) with a minimum total project contract value of $10,000. To qualify for the 25% discount, the customer must formally reserve the project by signing a contract and submitting a deposit on or before June 30, 2026. Once reserved, the discount remains valid for the project provided it is completed on or before December 31, 2026. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or active promotions.

 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree to: (a) abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; and (b) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Allstate Roofing & More, the Buffalo Sabres, the National Hockey League, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity of the promotion.

 

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York.

 

10. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy of Allstate Roofing & More. By entering, you consent to receive communications from Sponsor regarding your project estimate and services.

 

11. WINNER'S LIST: To request the name of the Grand Prize winner (available after July 20, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Allstate Roofing & More Winner's List, 300 International Drive, Suite 100, Buffalo, NY 14221, no later than August 31, 2026.
